GSNET (Gifted Servants Network) is an organization of community based volunteers in capacity of consultants, artists, researchers, scientists, entrepreneurs and communication specialists driven by God’s love to serve gifted and talented young adults by use of multidimensional communication modes to promote socio–economic and spiritual development within Kwale County and beyond.

VISION:

To have an informed society that recognizes and empowers gifted and talented vulnerable young adults to catalyze for positive change sustainably.

MISSION:

To inspire and empower gifted and talented young adults through mentorship and training programs in a networked system using multidimensional interactive communication methodologies.

STRATEGIES

  1. Establishing collaborative and networking structures with other stakeholders to address the Predicaments of gifted
    and talented young adults in our contemporary society.
  2. Strengthening collaborative approaches that bring on board diverse individuals and groups together to multiply the
    results of their efforts.

GOAL:

To establish vibrant youth friendly village unit inspiration and mentorship schools for imparting technical entrepreneurial soft skills and knowledge to gifted young adults aspiring to venture into creative industry.

GSNET OBJECTIVES:

  1. To use participatory approaches to equip young adults with creative skills necessary to identify their socio-economic dilemmas and start initiatives that provides sustainable solutions.
  2. To identify, inspire, nurture young gifted adults to foster economic empowerment, unity and social integration for sustainable developments.
  3. To Provide sustainable and profitable means of livelihoods, training of Income generating Activities and financial management.
  4. To share the word of God as spiritual nourishment that enhances good ethics amongst young adults through fellowship and devotion programs.
  5. To Promote Reproductive Healthcare awareness and support services to adolescent youths.
  6. To promote environmental conservation in partnership with organizations dealing with ecosystem management.
  7. To promote girl child & boy child education initiatives and support young adults to attain vocational skills.

GSNET is committed to standards of excellence in Child Protection practices. Where your volunteer role may have direct contact with children, you will be required to complete an application Vetting Form, which will be processed by the GSNET vetting management team before being involved in any program.
